Building on its momentum and success as the pulse of pop culture, E! is embarking on the exciting next phase of its evolution. Centered on expanding, elevating and enhancing the global pop culture brand, E!'s mission is to inspire and entertain the pop culture fan in all of us. The network's stylish new look and "Pop of Culture" tagline embody the way pop culture has been embraced, redefined and amplified across today's social spectrum. The global brand "refresh" debuts Monday, July 9.

E! is an industry leader in original programming and in 2013 is adding 100 more original hours, which will take the network to 700-plus original hours for the year. E!'s programming features a diverse mix of genres, including reality series with fascinating personalities, clever comedy, topical series and specials, live red carpet events and news franchises that give fans up-to-the-minute information from the world of pop culture. The network has four highly anticipated series premieres coming up in 2012: "Mrs. Eastwood & Company," "Opening Act," "Married to Jonas" and "Love You, Mean It with Whitney Cummings." Scripted programming will make its debut on the network in 2013.

The evolution of the E! brand also includes the relaunch of E! Online. Coming off its biggest year ever and averaging 10 million monthly unique viewers, the site will be expanded, updated and reignited with a tablet-friendly redesign that builds on its best-in-class entertainment coverage and offers innovative partnership opportunities via "liquid advertising." E! also continues to dominate against all other networks in the social arena.


Mrs. Eastwood & Company: "Mrs. Eastwood & Company" is an all-new series chronicling the life of Dina Eastwood, the wife of Oscar-winning film legend Clint Eastwood, and their daughters, Francesca and Morgan, as well as Overtone, the six-member, all-male vocal group from South Africa managed by Dina.

Opening Act: Each week super producer Nigel Lythgoe scours the Internet to find the most talented bands and solo artists to give them a once-in-a-lifetime shot that takes them from obscurity to the main stage, where they will perform as the opening act for some of music's biggest superstars, including Nicki Minaj, Rod Stewart, LMFAO and Brad Paisley.

Married to Jonas: E! is taking fans inside the private world of Kevin Jonas of the Grammy-nominated Jonas Brothers and his wife, Danielle Deleasa, as they balance marriage, worldwide fame and Dani's outspoken Italian family with the business-savvy Jonas clan while finding a beat all their own.

Love You, Mean It with Whitney Cummings: Comedy princess Whitney Cummings is coming home to E! with the debut of her new weekly talk show that features her witty take on everything from the biggest pop culture and celebrity happenings, to life, relationships, sex and more.

E! News: "E! News" is the network's signature entertainment news show that gives pop culture fans more of what they want with extensive breaking news, behind-the-scenes access to the hottest shows and premieres, exclusive celebrity interviews and all the hottest red carpet events.

Chelsea Lately: The queen of late-night brings her bevy of fans a hilarious and unique perspective on pop culture and entertainment in this half-hour nightly show featuring Chelsea Handler's quick-witted commentary and refreshing approach.

Fashion Police: Joan Rivers brings her notorious, no-holds-barred commentary to "Fashion Police," joined each week by her outspoken panel, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos.

The Soup: A master of pop culture with disarming humor and a quick wit, Joel McHale gives viewers his tell-it-like-it-is commentary as he shares the best and the worst watercooler moments in television each week on "The Soup."
